Classwork

We are watching the film, Twelve Angry Men, most of the week. We will have a writing assignment when we finish the film that will be a reflection of the film and the connection to the constitution.

I'm back, well at least in the morning! I'm recovering nicely and will be back to a regular routine soon.
Current events are due Tues. 9/28
Geography due Friday. 10/1
The Trivia for this week is:
Who wrote the Prince and the Pauper? This needs to be in two paragraphs and is due Friday 10/1.
We will watch the film, 12 Angry Men, this week and discuss the implications and relevance it has in our society as it pertains to the constitution.

Homework/Classwork for the week of September 6, 2010

We will continue our Constitution work this week both in class and at home. Pages 20-25 will be covered and all the questions need to be answered.
We will watch a dvd that will hopefully give us a better view of the three branches of our government.
Students will work in small groups processing the steps of how a bill becomes law. We will have our first open note/open book quiz on Friday so be ready.
Current Events and Geography will begin the week of the 13th!
